Order Cancellation Timelines
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@hagnvel.shop or via our official WhatsApp channel. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and must be processed as a Return.
Returns & Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Refund Modes
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the funds will be processed within 5-7 business days after our facility inspects the item. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued exclusively as Hagnvel Wallet credit or via an NEFT transfer.
Wallet Top-Ups
As per RBI guidelines for closed-loop wallets, any funds added to your Hagnvel Wallet via top-up or recharge are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to a source bank account. Wallet balances, including earned bonuses, do not expire and can only be used to purchase merchandise on Hagnvel.shop.
